    Hi,
I'm an adult back to education 26 years old, had some mock exams last week and this week.
I studied nearly everyday, studied harder for my higher level test, covered all possible topics that could be asked and when I sat the exam, got the paper in front of me, opened I just went blank!! I literally could not remember the correct answer ! I done topic by topic, answered questions and it just done me no good, was of no benefit and took it really bad.. It's knocked the confidence out of me for the exams coming in June!
What will I do or what am I doing wrong? Is it worry that is effecting me? Will I go see somebody about it. Any techniques I could try or any help I would appreciate it, thanks :) it might not be the proper place to bring this up, but maybe someone can help over this before going to see somebody!

Talk to the teachers, they'll be well used to this kind of anxiety reaction.

Breathe out, relax, read the questions carefully... and practice, practice, practice.
