Haven't received penalty & fine notice

    I was pulled a few weeks back for driving with a mobile phone and was told by the Garda that I'd receive penalty points and a fine in the post, he took down my address.

    It's been two weeks and I haven't received anything, and I don't fancy an increased fine or court summons if someone made a mistake with my address or forgot to process it.

    Who do I contact to check in this instance?

    Not sure if you can unless you have the Garda's details - station or number, etc?

    It can arrive in the post anywhere between now and six months time.

    OK, thanks. I was worried it wouldn't get to me as the address on my licence is different to the one I'm now at - I gave him the new address and was worried he might have taken it down wrong.

    I've checked with the address on my licence (home address) and nothing has arrived.
