I am not entitled to get JA. So I applied for credits.

I got a letter today informing me that I am entitled to sign on for credits.

Do I have to physically do something to get them? As in sign on?
I have never "signed on". So I do not know what is involved.

The letter contained no instructions to do so?

At the moment. I am participating in a course under "part time education option"

Unless this has something to do with it?

I am a bit confused by your reply. I looked at that page before I posted the thread. I did not find what I was looking for there.

I was hoping someone could help me before I needed to go to the social welfare office.

You just need to go to your local office,bring the letter and fill out some paper work.

The letter made me think I was getting the credits. But I still have to apply for them.
