How long will all the new British DAB stations last ?

    I have a feeling the new Talkradio and Virgin radio will be a bigger disaster for UTV plc than the UTV Ireland channel.

    Former GLR, LBC, BBC London and Virgin Radio presenter Paul Ross will host breakfast 6-10am,
    Ex-LBC’er Julia Hartley-Brewer gets mid-morning 10am – 1pm, writer and former Editor of Heat magazine
    Sam Delaney is lined-up for drivetime 4pm till 7pm
    and Iain Lee gets a new late night show 10pm till 1am.

    Plus, George Galloway returns to the mic Fridays 7-10pm

    don't know who is doing 7 to 10 or the weekend and the overnight

    I thought DAB stations were doing more than alright in Britain!

    On the other hand, terrestrial DAB stations here in the ROI seem to be few & far between.

    Interesting news on new talkradio. All we need is james whale and charlie wolf as an alternative to george Galloway. Be great if this arrives on free sat. Bit of chioce whit LBC now cool.

    talkRADIO started today (online ,apps and DAB),listened to Paul Ross this morning and looking forward to Iain Lee tonight! Hope it will be as good as the old talkradio!

    Used to be a DAB sceptic but the choice and coverage has been improving in recent yeara in the UK.
