I used to live in the area and it's grand. Quite enough with lots of long term residents on the road. There's plenty of amenities within walking distance as well(shops, take aways, pubs, etc).

The only draw back I can thing of is that public transport around there isn't great.

    Area is totally fine.

There's shops nearby, takeaways, doctors, dentists, schools and parks.

Only thing I find is around the park and shops there's often lots of rubbish.

Thanks for input folks. Feeling a little more relaxed about signing of lease in morning. Anybody else have any experience of area?
