Does anyone know if the Ombudsman deals with complaints for someone doing a level 5 PLC course? Or do they only deal with universities and ITs? If not then can anyone tell me what the proper procedure is? I have already complained to the college about my issue but got no resolution out of it, so I want to take it further.
