    Hi,
I have a 03 Ford Focus with a radio and cassette player. Could I fit a double din stereo to replace the older one?

Focus is 1.5 din. You can get a fascia adaptor to fit a single din. OR butcher the surround to fit a double din.

Look for Ford radio model 6000. This is the cd version of what you are currently using.
