Grand Canal Clean Up

    Bit of an odd query.

    On Saturday just gone I was driving along the Grand Canal and I saw some people wearing hi-vis vest saying Volunteer cleaning up the canal. They had long rubbish pickers. I saw them around 10am along the stretch from Portobello to Mespil Road.

    First of all, fair play to the volunteers, I rubbish pick locally and while in many ways a thankless task, it's very worthwhile.

    What I want to know is, where would one get hold of one of those long rubbish pickers? They're much longer than the normal ones, maybe 4-5ft long.
