Numbness in fingers and wrists

Had a match just now and the weather was awful very cold, wore no gloves involved in some physical tackles. Long story short after the match my wrists and fingers get very numb and it feels like my veins are going to burst or something, especially when my arms are vertical to my side, it feels like blood flow is restricted…
