sanding a Semi- Solid floor. Recommendations

After 13 years, my wonderful semi solid floor needs a sanding. Couple of scoff marks around couchs but still in good condition. Has anyone sanded a semi-solid floor? Not intending to do it myself but would welcome come any recommendations (by pm if preferred) please. I am Dublin based. Many thanks.
