UFC in Berlin

Hope this is the right place to post, heading to Berlin the weekend of the 5th of March which is also the weekend of UFC 196, which Mc Gregor is fighting in. I was hoping that somebody could tell me if it might be shown in any bars over there or would wifi in hotel be best bet? Thanks

If it was me, I'd email a few of the casinos. They would be your best bet.

Most of the Irish bars in the city have Sky Sports/BT sport. They can all stay open late too. I don't think you'll have a problem but fire off a couple of emails to Pubs you can find on google

Grand staying in the park in at Alexanderplatz so maybe even the hotel bar could have it cheers

You could also try contact some of the UFC groups in Berlin on Facebook.

I read on trip advisor that showing ufc was banned in Germany as it was seen as too violent have any of you watched ufc over there to put that to bed?

Yes, you'd need to know, or want to know your travelling companion well. Not all the bathrooms are like that. Great views (inside and out).

This sports bar is very close to your hotel and they are showing a UFC fight from London on Feb 27th, that card starts at 18:45 on Saturday in Berlin so is ideal for the bars in this part of the world whereas the card which includes the McGregor fight in Las Vegas on March 5th starts at 04:00 Berlin time on Sunday morning and this pub website says they close at 2 a.m.

I suspect the McGregor fight is just too late for Berlin. The card starts at 4 a.m. so McGregor might not be on until after 5 a.m. Google 'sports bar berlin', you never know what you might find.

Cheers for the help everyone worst case scenario I'll stream it online in the hotel hopefully won't come to that
