Problems with trojan Zeus

I purchased Norton anti virus today and failed to install it. I then got a phonecall from the Norton centre and the technician told me that I had a trojan Zeus on my network and I should install anti hacking software. He wanted me to pay £199 sterling for 3 years anti hacking software and if I do not do that I cannot install my norton antivirus. I feel this is a lot of money. Is there any good anti hacking software at a reasonable price or are there any other suggestions on what I can do.

You got a call from a scammer most likely. Did you purchase norton from a reputable source? How did you pay?
