Hi,

Just had a job interview today and I was hoping for a little guidance.

Essentially the job is as an in-house designer for a chain of shops. There'd be a heavy motion graphics component, some photography and videography.

The position would be full time.

I have nearly 20 years experience as a graphic designer, about the same as a photographer and some experience with motion graphics.

I've been in my current job for 8 years so I'm out of touch when it comes to negotiating salary. Anyone got any thoughts on the going rate these days?
