    hi all
    quick question

my NCT is not due until August, however it's an 06 so a yearly test if I don't test in advance.
I was looking at dates and it said if I book now it's a voluntary test so the annual date will change, or I can look at testing within the 90 days of the date.
do i need to book and test before the 90 days to get a test for 2 years?

    thanks

If you book within 90 days from due date, it will be considered a 10th anniversary test, and therefore you will only get one year cert so until August 2017.

If you test more than 90 days before due date, it will be voluntary early test, and therefore car will still be considered 9 years old so 2 years cert, but valid from test date. So f.e. if you test it in May it will be valid until May 2018.

There's no way to have it valid until August 2018.
