i have a renault kangoo 1.2, it is wheel chair adapted, it is a four seater, with two seats in the back, i would like to remove the two single seats and replace them with a three seat unit, is this possible, also what kinda hoops will i have to jump through legally, thanks in advance

I stand to be corrected but I don't think number of seats are registered for private cars (check your logbook).
All you need to worry about is NCT and seatbelts.
