Warning to Android Apple Music free trial users

I am currently on the three-month free trial of Apple Music on my Android phone.

A few weeks ago I turned off the Automatic Renewal option so that I won't be charged once my free trial ends.

Today, I had a look my subscription settings because I wanted a reminder of what date exactly that my free trial ends, and while checking this I noticed that the Automatic Renewal option was turned on.

I certainly didn't turn it back on. And I had definitely turned it off previously.

I don't know if recently updating the app had anything to do with it, even though it absolutely should not have.

Anyway, it would be worth checking your subscription settings to ensure that the Automatic Renewal option has not switched itself back on.

Thanks for the warning, mine did not switch auto renewal back on but this info might be useful to some :)

Ha. I changed my credit card details last week to a nonsense one just in case.

Aren't card numbers checked with some algorithm while typed on website. I want through that few times after I did a typo on it.

Cards are usually charged and refunded a pound or similar.
