Some footage from inside of the plane and of the passengers after the incident. Cool as cucumbers!

Jesus, the guy in the first row actually looks bored.

Lucky people. Poetic justice to the "victim"

I always thought that a sudden hole of any size appearing in the fuselage at high altitude, would result in the hole becoming bigger and everything being sucked out of the plane.

I feel much safer now after watching that.

It was shortly after takeoff - low altitude - no explosive decompression.

This is what happens at altitude

Nope, for his failure, I believe he'll be spending eternity picking up the soap in the shower.

I imagine this is an ecumenical matter.

Were they not back on the ground by then? Check around the 0:36 / 0:46 segment. Look outside.

I don't care whether they were in the air or on the ground, if it was me I'd probably still be roaring my head off three weeks later tbh.

The guy blew a hole in the plane and was sucked out through it

Oh, I'm not disputing that. (Where are the SJW's, to scream about how 'If the west hadn't invaded and bombed his country. Raping it for the oil .....' ?)

No. I was just suggesting it looks like legs on the ground, around where I mentioned? The plane, presumably, had touched down, by then? Hence people no longer actively screaming in bulgy eyed terror.

Well how about that - the system works!

Valet: Sir. Will it be your usual?

donegaLroad: Of course. A bottle of the best 'Explosive Decompression. Vintage 9/11' Jeeves.

Valet: Very good Sir. Good choice, if I may say so.

donegaLroad: Indeed. I'm planning a right blow-out tonight Jeeves!! Heh Heh!:D

I think the bomber thought so too. In the name of Allah the all merciful etc etc.

She's a newsreader, not a reporter and that clip is for the Malaysian Diplomat rape case, not the plane bombing. It's also on the Paul Henry show which takes the p1ss out most news anyway (it's in NZ)

As of now, I don't know what this chap's cause was.

All I know is he got all he deserved & I hope he died roaring!

And I mean that most sincerely folks!

So it seems a suicide bomber attempted to blow up a plane over Somalia, only to have the bomb misfire and suck him out of the plane.

    Karma.

“bypass rigorous security screening in Mogadishu”

I giggled at this, really not sure why.

I don't know why this is funny he was going to die anyway since it was a suicide attack.
Bloody lucky is how I would describe it and the so called security useless.

Planes are actually tough yokes. That Aloha plane looks like it should have disintegrated but enough of the hull was intact to maintain structural integrity until it landed. Remarkable really.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 728 ✭✭✭Morpork

I hope the explosion didn't kill him and he knew he failed as he fell to the earth.

Also didn't some terrorist group claim responsibility? Why would you claim this failure. It's actually a terrorist group claiming they lessened the amountof terrorists in the world.

    Good result all round.

I hope the sucked out lad is in some sort of Hell now.

    It's all he deserves.

Hats off to the Pilot, who got everyone else down safely.

Muslim terrorists trying to kill innocents. These ones were not very organised, thankfully - most of them are
