Mitsi galant 99-03...What's the snow symbol?

    Hi all, got a 03 galant in the heating settings a small snowflake comes up...is that for aircon or is it just to say heayer is at cool setting? Lost book...has anyone had a galant before and know? Cheers

    I'm fairly sure it's the low outside temperature warning.
    It should be described in your owner's manual.

    Not really a DIY issue, moved to main forum.

    Had a Gallant. . The snowflake symbol comes on when outside temp drops to either 2 or 3 degrees, can't remember which. My subsequent cars varied between 2 &3 degrees for the warnings of possible frost symbols

    hey you don't get away that easy
    what is your experience of the car.

    I had the older model 90's version loved the car comfortable and really quick for 2L petrol .

    so what's your thoughts

    hey visual...yeah cars great...gallants always were..had a few in nz over the years... tough/reliable...and comfy and don't look like a clown in a german made car
