Rear rack

    I'm looking for suggestions on a new rear rack.
    I bought a Bontrager Deluxe rack with my bike. It's a nice rack but it turns out the drop between the horizontal bar and the base is just slightly too short for my Arkel Orca 35 panniers, which causes them to detach at the base from time to time and flap about, destabilizing the bike. A taller rack will be a better investment than a new laptop so, I'm looking for one.

    Arkel publishes a compatibility list for the cam-lock system used on the Orcas but it seems pretty short. The Tubus Cargo and Logo both look nice, but pricey; I'm not sure they're worth it. I also thought about the Axiom Streamliner, but I'm afraid it will be too flimsy. I'm open to suggestions that will probably work, even if they're not on this list.

    My frame has all the mounting eyelets, 700c wheels + mudguards, a 2-hole backlight that needs to mount on the rack The rack needs heel clearance for my size 47 shoes, to be tall enough for the Arkel Orcas and be sturdy under 20kg of load. Any recommendations?

    I have a Tubus Cosmo for €80 from rosebikes.com. Nice carrier and it's in the compatibility list. Cargo and Logo are €70 from rosebikes...
