Another App idea

Yes you've heard it all before I know! I apologise.

I have a simple App idea which I really think has great potential to save lives on our roads. I reckon it would be relatively easy to develop for someone with coding knowledge.
Obviously I'm cautious of revealing what it is but I would love to discuss it with a developer or someone who would give their opinion of its potential success.

I'm quite techy myself but I don't know if I want to go down the route of developing it myself.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I know you will hear a lot of the responses before too following mine so let me get in there a bit tactful before that and say...."Nobody can help you being so vague"

Does your App idea involve interaction or positions on a map being recorded for instance or a very complicated backend??
Sounds like your looking for some kind of panic button that can be pressed and relay current position by way of a Notification to predetermined sites/emergency services...
