Hi guys, How do i go about getting my newborn a med card we have them, can i do it online? Just waiting on his pps number Tanx :)

Phone then and they'll send you out a form

You don't need a form
Your baby is covered for first 6 weeks anyway
When the PPSN letter comes send a copy of it, a copy of birth cert, and a copy of your own medical card to:
Client Registration Unit
PO Box 11745
Fin glad
Dublin 11
Attach a note with your address on it asking for a medical card for your baby
