Idea for covering ugly wood panelling on side of bath?!

I'm moving into a house with a bathroom that is fine but the bath has those awful 90's wood panel on the side of the bath!

Any ideas on how to cover it up (only living there for a year, so don't want to spend crazy money on it!) vinyl stickers or the like?!

I can't paint it as am only renting!
Hoping there is somewhere I can buy removable vinyl stickers to apply!

Auto Body wraps are sold by the sheet. I *STRONGLY* recommend testing a small area incase it peals the varnish or something.
