Awful IVR system

    I had to ring Irish Water today. While the staff are actually very helpful when you can get hold of them, the terrible IVR system could do with some improvement. If you make repeated calls, you still need to sit through the waffle about "seirbhis tri Ghaeilge" etc.  If you insist on playing this, perhaps letting the menu keys punch through directly would help, as the system won't respond to the usual * # or 0.
