Would anyone know if 4hr20min is enough time to clear immigration in Toronto with an onward flight to Edmonton?

I flew in there only once. I queued for the guts of an hour, but had the impression that it could on occasion take longer. I had no connection, so it's hard to judge how that would affect things.

I'd imagine its loads of time. Assuming its all on the one ticket you should be fine.

Think I was queuing in Immigration less than 20 mins last year.

Yeah it's a through ticket booked via Expedia on Aer Lingus and Air Cananda.
