We stopped offering that quite a long time ago, as it didn't offer the kind of options that people were looking for. The site backup we now offer is very powerful, easy to use and cost-effective, so overall it's a much better option.

Why don't you include it in overall hosting price ? Cutting corners ?

We offer a wide range of services and are adding new options both free and paid as they become available.
If you want to discuss your own account I could ask one of our sales team to reach out to you. Feel free to send me your details: michele@blacknight.com

    Thanks

    Michele

OK - I tried to go with 10GB €2.99 option but then I came across "Duration 2.13 months" column in Order Details and I have no idea what does that mean and how to change it ?  When I click it I get "operation with NULL currency value
Error Code ....." which is even more confusing ? Is that new backup option ready and working ??
