Solid fuel stove into tin shed

I have a tin shed that is exempt from planning permission (I think it's because it's not classified as a permanent structure) that I want to put a solid fuel stove into.

Do I need to be aware of any regulatations etc? Would putting a stove into the shed change the shed's clasification in any way?
The stove would be free standing using twinwall insulated pipe so could be easily removed if required.
