Has it been reduced again? 2 Euro less this month compared to last month.

    No it hasn't been reduced.
    What is €2 less exactly?

It was €35.65 last month, €33.35 this month.

    The Electricity Allowance?
It's actually €1.15 per day that you get.
Some months have more days then others
    January has 31 days so €1.15 X 31
February this year has 29 days so €1.15 X 29
    Now you get it.
