Came across an ad for this on paper, haven't a clue on price or anything does anyone know about it or planning on using it??

    40% CAN 60% Urea. 34%N
SUPERSTART is well suited to cold wet spring conditions and is ideal for first application to grassland when conditions are too cold or wet for other forms of nitrogen

It is available for immediate uptake by plants and is ideal if the first application to crops is delayed as it gives rapid crop response.

Sounds like a sales gimmick. There was a fertiliser here last year coke advanced nitrogen it was called, dairygold were advertising it all over the place and when I enquires about it they didn't even have it in stock.

yes this one http://www.advancedfertilizers.ie/ haven't used it but it is priced so it is just more competitive than can or urea. this is probably aimed to compete with it

There's a couple of different ones out, dunno If they are the same. Barrets in coppeen are selling stuff called GEN. 46N but doesn't have the volatility of urea. Dairygold have that KAN stuff too. They are cheaper than can but dearer than urea per unit N. First round will are sways be urea here anyway. May be worth trying those things when it's dry see if it gives a better response than urea
