I'm wondering if a medley is considered a single song or a group of songs from an examiner's perspective?

I would think that it could be considered a group of songs, and I would be inclined to stay away from this option.
Remember the time factor, everything (4 songs/pieces at HL) and unseen test have all to be done within a time frame of 12 mins, unless the examiner has extra time to spare, which may or may not be the case.
I would advise against the medley. Best of luck, though!
