Interview help

Hi I have a competency based interview coming up next week for grade Iv post and I am looking for some help with it. I am hoping to go to someone that will help me with my interview skills and confidence. Any advice appreciated.

Try to get a list of the competencies for the role. Then think of examples for each where you showed good practice in previous roles. Eg if "customer service" is a competency you could discuss a time where you went that extra mile for a customer. Good luck with the interview.
