Steam - Games Not Loading?

    Hey,

I have a Lenovo G510 laptop which I play a few games on... I have AMD graphics card updated to 16.1 drivers which are the latest and still won't boot for me... I am trying to boot Move or Die in which I removed the startup.ini file, I also tried editing b the file ecause someone told me to add something to it... I cleaned my whole drivers and removed Raptr Gaming Evolved from my laptop and then reinstalled the latest drivers and the game still won't load..

First time I tried to boot I got the Load Library Parameter Failed error... Then ever since that I can't even see that error it just boots shows I am playing the game for 5secs and then shuts down... I can't even get to the part of installation where it's using direct x or whatever and says 1 of 2 installed.... Really annoyed to be honest as I really really really want to play this game... I am not a fan of PC gaming so when a game does finally spark my interest like this one I will do anything to play it...

I am using Windows 8.1 and I had the same issue with Zombie Grinder when I was using the 15.12 drivers... A fix for that was to reinstall the drivers and not shut the computer down and it would work but once I shut computer down and booted back up I would have to redo this procedure to get it working...

If anyone out there can help me get this game working it would be much appreciated.. I have been googling answers for the passed few days with no avail... I feel the Crimson AMD Drivers have completely messed up everything for me and everything is updated... Could I use my Intel HD 4000 graphics card instead of my AMD to run the game?..

When it said Load Library error, did it name the library in question?

It was 87 the parameter or something... I tried creating a new registry using someones youtube guide aswell but that done nothing either... Haven't had this issue with any other games I have played only Zombie Grinder and Move or Die which are new indie games so maybe thats where the issue lies?...

It's a dual GPU laptop so what you have to do is right-click on the game .exe and go to "Run with graphics processor" and then select the AMD GPU,
instead of the "Integrated Graphics" option which is default.

    I've a lenovo Z500 and that's what I do.
You can also select the "Change Default Graphics Processor" option which should open the
AMD settings screen where you can add that .exe and set to always run with the AMD GPU.

Theres no option to run with graphics processor... I have integrated graphics disabled and only AMD enabled... I am running with Windows 8.1... Now it's saying I have no drivers installed for AMD...

    Must be driver related then.
Try the Display driver Uninstaller from here; http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
Then restart and install fresh driver, and another restart.

No harm to check if DirectX is up to date by typing in dxdiag in the search box, should be 11.2 for Windows 8.1.

1st thing I have already done about 2-3 times... DirectX is version 11 ... Don't know where to download 11.2?... I am updated with everything it seems and theres no updates available to download now... I think if you are DirectX 11.2 it will show as DirectX 11..

It'll be in the display section in dxdiag, WDDM 1.3 is DirectX 11.2, I believe.

If there is a Redist folder with DirectX files in the game folder I'd reinstall that version as well, I've had issues before that were solved by doing that.

Also, is Nvidia's PhysX used in the game?
I've also had issues before that certain games (like Risen) wouldn't run until PhyX was installed, even though I've an AMD gpu.
    Worth a try.

Last resort would be delete the game from steam and re-download it, I guess.

Yeah it just says DirectX 11 ... There is a Redist folder its vcredist or something if that makes sense...

Not to sure on that.. How can I check if it is used or should I just try install PhyX anyways?... Have deleted and redownloaded several times...
