how to start health and safety at work

    Hi all

    I need to look into establishing health and safety at work place and would like to know where to look for to get work outfits (overalls best) safety shoes, safety equipment (masks, glasses) fire extinguishers, signage around the warehouse etc.

    Do I just purchase fire extinguishers or ask some safety officer to call out to the office? are there any regulations regarding this?

    PS. there is some chemicals that we will be dealing with and need to know what are the regulations here.

    What are the best places to get door mats from? is it better to hire or purchase a mat? The mat must stop the muck and wet from outside.
