Cartoon network channels no signal

Parents were telling me that the Cartoon Network channels, including Boomerang, have been showing as No signal being received for a while. They have the sky variety package and get the other kids channels like Disney. Anyone have any idea why this could be happening? They look after kids so these channels would be used.
