    I'm looking to buy a carbon road frame only using btw scheme ...want to spend about 1500 ... bias towards endurance/sportive .... any advice or recommendations plz

    you can't buy a "frame only" on the BTW scheme.

    To be clear, when I said that you can't buy a "frame only" or indeed wheels, what I meant was that you can't do it legally.

    You can buy whatever you want to on BTW. I bought 2 bikes at the same time and I know of other people that did too.
