CONGRATS Balfey1972 on last POTW for 2015. Lovely shot and particularly apt this week with news of bad storm damage to this beautiful landmark.

    WELL DONE HMs

If you are looking for it, best to get it on google maps and find Gracehill Golf Club. It's near Armoy. Home of the legendary Joey Dunlop.

Seen a few shots last night after the road was resurfaced and they painted the white line. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=435715803302790&set=o.156809847670327&type=3&theater

They also took a bit of a battering with the recent storms with a number of them falling.

When you drive down the road it is not as obvious as it appears in photo's. When I was there the light was not good and the results were quite ordinary.

The transformative power of photography. It is one of those places the visual impact of which seems to owe quite a lot of its authority to overzealous processing. Like Iceland :D

Id say it owes alot of its power to long lenses and the power of compression!
