    So I just failed the nct could anyone tell me Wat they think could be wrong withe emissions and is it expensive

    Emissions weren't tested, because your throttle (accelerator) wasn't working properly.

    Need to get it to a mechanic I'd think by the looks of the highlighters...

    Not really I need the tracking done my more worried about the emissions

    You didn't fail on emissions, they couldn't conduct the test because there is a problem with your throttle

    I'm thinking it could be the throttle sencer?

    You'll need wheel alignment, brake pipes replaced and a diagnostic scan to see if any fault codes are listed relating to the throttle body. Your idle is too low aswell, should be 750-850rpm. If the throttle body is faulty you might also have damage to your catalytic converter from over fueling.

    I only got the cat replaced a year ago would it go that quick?

    Depends on what's wrong and what car you have, but even if you have to replace the throttle body it shouldn't be more than a couple hundred quid.

    Have the ecu scanned and see if there are any codes stored, that would be first port of call
