Deposit Refund

    Hi,

    We have been 14 months at our residence since yesterday and we paid a security deposit to Electric Ireland when the bill changed over. So I believe this refund should be due now? 

    Can I request a cheque/payment for this rather than crediting the EI account? I'll PM my details to Electric Ireland Reps.

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    Do indeed private message us the Electric Ireland account number in question, state that you are the account-holder, your name in full, address and the telephone number on the account, and we will assist you ASAP.
