We paid €290 to the dealer in 2014 for the spare wheel & jack etc.

Probably do it cheaper getting different bits from different places, but €290 from a dealer for all the bits isn't too bad, and less hassle than trying to sort it yourself.

Sorry - haven't a clue. Presume it's just a normal scissor jack, but with the higher ground clearance it may need to be more.

It's due here on Monday so if I remember, I'll have a look

Do they give any jack with it?

Presume so. Not my car (leased) and I didn't bother looking at the spare when it came in. Option description for the spare is down as "tyre pack" on the system, and whenever we've had aftermarket spare tyre kits fitted by dealers on other vehicles it's the rim, tyre, jack, wheel brace and usually additional styrofoam bits so it all fits nicely in the wheel well.
