Aluclad sliding doors

Hey guys, looking for a bit of advice regarding new aluclad sliding doors which we purchased from a well known Irish window and door company. As the sliding door is being closed the rectangular holes in the frame are supposed to smoothly slot into the 4 fixed/threaded bolts in the door but this is not the case. As our door closes, some of the bolts hit the rectangular slots at the side causing the door to tremble slightly thus suggesting that the door is not aligned properly or that the bolts are not positioned correctly. We have had the company fitter look at it and he has said that this is a common problem with these doors and has even attempted to realign the bolts by using a hammer, which I am not that happy about as this could damage the enamel in the bolt possibly leading to rust later on. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem with these kind of doors and if so what did you do about it and what was the outcome? Thanks in advance.
