Remove a closed Forum from My Forums dropdown?

I previously subscribed to the "Irish Economy" forum. This has now been closed and archived. Instead of having a link to the forum in the "My Forums" dropdown menu, I instead have a link to "Politics (Archive)". There is no "unfollow" button at this level (nor in the Archived Irish Economy forum) so I'm left with this ghost entry.

Is there an alternative way that I can remove this item from My Forums or is it something that needs to be done by a developer?

Yes I actually have both entries still on the dropdown. Can you remove both please:

Irish Economy [f = 1196]
Politics(Archive) [f = 99]
