    Hi there,

I went to collect my rent allowance today in the post office and it seems to have been cut without notice. The department of social protection office i deal with does not along walk ins and only deals with people by telephone.
The problem is no have no money for phone credit.

Does anyone know how i can contact them by person or any other way i can investigate this issue?

    Thanks so much!

Can you drop a note with your name, phone number, description of the problem, and a request for them to call you, into the office you're trying to deal with? (If so, keep a copy of the note - photocopy it, photograph it, or whatever.) Or can you borrow someone's phone, ring the DSP office, and ask them to call you back straight away? Or your local citizen's advice office might be able to help you.
