Laptop screen replacement - tips/how difficult is it to do by yourself?

The screen on my laptop is cracked and I'm debating to repair it by myself. Have found a ton of tutorials online on how to do it and have found this (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00ICNUCUK/ref=cm_sw_r_other_awd_vjKQwbAVT43PK) screen. Stupid question: my laptop is the make here. That should be an adequate replacement, right?

How difficult is it to do? I reckon I'd be charged a lot to bring it to a shop, so I'll be saving a ton.

I've not taken that one apart. I'd say it depends on the model, some are easier then others. Its you are in general a careful person, and are gentle with it, I've never found it difficult.

It's generally handy enough to do but just make certain that you follow the tutorials :)

The first time I was taking one apart I was freaking out when taking off the plastic bezel that covers the edge of the screen, it usually has a bunch of clips holding it in place, I've found the easiest way to take these off is with a flathead screwdriver, but sort of keep moving your finger under the bezel to the next part of bezel that's still connected to laptop as you pull it up.

Not sure if that made sense, but if you keep pulling up from where you originally grabbed bezel while progressing with screwdriver then the bezel will probably snap (almost did this once, nearly had a panic attack when it happened as laptop was for very high end client lol)
