Best place to buy a laptop

What would be the best place to buy a laptop that is cheap, looking for something with at least 8gb of RAM , 1TB hard drive and a good processor.

Between 4 and 500 Euro , just needs to have the 8gb of ram and the 1tb hard drive, going to be used for college doing a lot of coding using eclipse and visual studio so a good processor like an i5 would help.

little above 500eu depending on conversion rate and only has 500gb

unfortunately there's not much 'brand new' i5 laptops below 500 euros on shops right now as most of the Christmas/New year's sales are finished. Ebay or Amazon is your best bet, watch out for their deals of the day. You could try your luck for used ones ?

this used to be 500euros when it was on sale a month ago
