    Hi
I am nearly guaranteed the reduced points entry through Hear/Dare because I have Diabetes(Type 1). I would love to do a course in UCD which is 490 points Agri Based) but I was aiming around 430. I heard its roughly 15 percent give or take and they hold 5 percent of place for people who qualify for reduced points. Would I have any hope. Would like to hear past experience:D:D

The norm is that those entering through HEAR/DARE go in a separate category, and are ranked according to the points they get until the places are filled, just like the normal CAO list.

So it's difficult to predict from year to year what the cut-off will be, just like the normal list.
