CCTV External Camera

    Hi All

    The car got keyed again for the third time last night so its time to get a camera in.

    I looking to mount an external bullet/dome camera on the porch roof facing outwards, It will need to have a min of 700 tvl (i think), budget about about €200.

    Not sure if i will need a dvr or if i could just stick a usb key into the router and use it as a nas. I'll try to sort that later,

    Any suggestions would be great, Ive been googling this to death and I'm still no further to a solution.

    If you are going recording from the router you will need an IP camera 2MP or more .

    What about something like a camera hidden in the car ? Facing the side being keyed .

    No I don't think it will but I have to try something. Both sides have been keyed so I'm going to just point it out on to the drive.
