    In the Ireland and UK there's 100's of website for clothes shopping, but it will depend of what you need to get, more information will be useful to suggest websites.

    You can try littlewoods, M&S, Next, sportsdirect, Amazon etc they would have free shipping depending on amount spent. Littlewoods have free returns, Amazon does also have free return but you might have to contact to get a return label, or cover postage. Most will do free returns if it was their issue like wrong size sent, damage item, etc

    You can also search on Google depending on what brand you want to get, but be careful, if the item is very cheap specially for branded items they could be fake items or scam websites.

    Some ways to recognize most scam/fake website are below:
    Brand and country on domain eg: www.adidasireland.com,
    No contact details (address or phone number) only a form to submit.
    Spelling mistakes, grammar.
    Payment only by Paypal, bank transfer and Wester Union.

    Also note that if orders comes from outside the EU you will need to pay customs if over €22 (products and shipping)
