im not looking for a prognosis etc just expierence i've a disc bulging on a nerve and decided against treatment last year as it settled down thought that was that , anyway is it recommended to move around , try be normal as possible without stress on back etc or is total bed rest recommended had to get a gp around last wed…

i've a disc bulging on a nerve and decided against treatment last year as it settled down thought that was that , anyway

is it recommended to move around , try be normal as possible without stress on back etc or is total bed rest recommended

had to get a gp around last wed ( 7 days ) to give me a diafene injection as i was in spasm , could not move

prescribed tylex , valium , vimovo and still feel so sore a week later and no better off

i called gp and they said a & e would do nothing diff as they have high priority cases etc which is fine

im just not sure to relax completely or do some housework etc
