I'm on the look out for a nice estate, something a bit out of the ordinary. Thought I might go have a look at this: http://www.dunnemotorservices.ie/viewanad.php?ad_id=1413534&r=
Any thoughts on the car or anyone have any experience with the dealer, thanks.

Non m sport estate not the most beautiful in the world , 3.0i nice engine , nice comfy versatile motor but circa €14k seems a bit steep to me.

Lovely car but a fair bit of money for an 8 year old vehicle. Although when looking at auto trader uk with similar mileage and age its not too far off.

That car caught my eye on donedeal. I have the same engine in 730i.... effortless cruising and 40 MPG on the computer attainable in ideal conditions, averaging 36 MPG. Also it has the cheaper tax, big plus. I think it looks good, would be nice to get it for 12,500.

These engines have an electric water pump that can fail as early as 50K miles. I just DIY'ed mine for €400, brand new OEM pump and thermostat and correct coolant (G48). I reckon main dealer would have charged over €2k, but main dealer service at this age car does not make sense. For example the pump alone: BMW Ireland €680, BMW Germany €475.... eBay Germany from a reputable shop OEM €275 ordered Sunday delivered Friday. I also had 1 coil go bad but with 6 cylinders you can get home ok! Also as they are enthusiasts car there is tons of information and how to's on Youtube.

That engine won awards, you may be able to tell I am a fan but at that mileage with cheap tax if it all checks out the only thing to consider is the price. Good luck.
