I got a letter in the post yesterday with a bill issue date of 18/1/16.
I have therefore only been given 4 working days notice to pay this.

This is constantly happening - it amateurish.

Why am I constantly getting my bills late?

    Hi limerick85,

Thanks for contacting us and apologies for any inconvenience.

It can take up to five working days for your Irish Water bill to arrive by post. If you would like to receive your bill as soon as it is issued, we recommend that you sign up for a MyWater online account.

A MyWater online account makes viewing and managing your bill quick and convenient. It also allows customers to pay their bills, set up direct debit, check their meter usage and change their correspondence address.
