Recommendations for dashcam?

    Hi all, I am thinking of investing in a dashboard camera for my car. I just wanted to know would anyone have any recommendations of make/model, or even just what I should be looking for in a dashcam? Are they of any value in case of an insurance dispute (I know they're big in Russia but no-one in Ireland seems to have them)? I've come across a website just from googling - dashcams.ie , but it strikes me as kind of dodge, dont know why. Any thoughts/advice would be appreciated thanks :)
